The Inomata Challenging Lab attracts many students and postdocs who want to learn data science.
Specifically, we use STATA, R, Python, and PRISM software for basic research, clinical research, receipt database research, big data collected by smartphone applications, and bioinformatics.
Statistical software is deployed on shared PCs and purchased individually if needed.
The environment for RNAseq and scRNAseq analysis is installed on the PCs in the laboratory, so you will be able to perform the analysis by yourself.
We are looking forward to welcoming students, post-doctoral fellows, and researchers who want to learn data science and bioinformatics.
